People often struggle to structure their thoughts and make decisions when reflecting on their lives.

Solution

An interactive AI experience combining tarot-guided reflection, conversation, and journaling — where a hand-tracked gesture draws the card, and the AI turns it into a structured conversation.

Problem

A heavy machinery attachment manufacturer's auction data was scattered and unstructured, making it hard to see market trends or price movements at a glance.

Solution

Embedded as a forward-deployed engineer with the manufacturer — the first step was understanding how their team actually assessed and priced equipment, then designing a three-module dashboard (market overview, product intelligence, activity log) around that real workflow. The design covers a daily auction-data crawl, structuring, and a view of how the manufacturer's own products perform against competitors and broader marketplace pricing trends. UI/UX design was delivered; I also advised on a next phase — a natural-language restocking agent and a RAG-based industry knowledge base — though that phase wasn't taken into development.
